For many clients today a new home is a fantastic option that offers a lot of great benefits, but if you buy a new home without representation, you'll have nobody advocating on your behalf during the entire process. Did you know that when you buy from a builder you are not only entitled to your own real estate representation, but with many builders today, it's welcomed...things sure have changed. ALSO, my services don't cost you a dime....in almost every case, the builder (just like the seller in nearly every transaction), pays my commission.
